This blog started in 2007 with a few lines by poet John Stammers:
“I am still,
You move,
I am a point of reference on a map;
I am at zero meridian as you consume the longitudes.”
The beginning chronicles a time where I consumed baked potatoes with sour cream and butter at least four times a week; bathed and blow-dried my kitten on a regular basis, and struggled with my actions and the consequences thereof. The middle vaguely documents my college applications, brief senior-year male interests, and sleepless nights of last-minute assignments and yearbook deadlines. The end, or rather the ‘now’ until further notice, is the warm, meditative sunset this summer has been.
